Jackson experienced his first Hot Pot at Linda’s family’s house in Connecticut! He endured his longest car ride, which was supposed to be 2 hrs but turned into 3 hrs because of a major accident on the highway. I had to play him YouTube videos on my phone in order to calm him, but quickly ran out of data. (Note to self for Friday’s flight to Ohio: download videos!)

Jackson stayed up late to join us for our delicious hot pot meal. He tried to grab everything off the table but thankfully we were quicker than he was!
