July 30- (3 weeks old) My MGH IHP grad school friends came over with their 4 month olds and new Samoyed puppy!! They are all boys so we’re starting a boys club 🙂

This was Jackson’s first play date among the big kids, Ronan and Henry.  Jackson slept through most of the playdate but was awake enough to see Ronan swim on his ocean blanket (with precursory crawling movements). Henry kept checking out Jackson and Ronan, by rolling his head from side to side, wondering who his new pals were.

It was very cool to  watch Henry and Ronan and see what skills and behaviors Jackson will develop in 3 short months, including a social smile, hand-eye coordination, a toddlerish voice and more awake time!
