This week I got some quality Jackson time since it’s school vacation and Joe worked for two days. Today, I left Jackson for less than a minute to prepare my lunch. When I came back his activity center had fallen on his head and he was making his usual playful sounds– like nothing was wrong! Such a good boy! (but perhaps a little concerning since his face was covered).

Then after feeding him cereal and some mystery baby food, I did my usual: I showed him the empty bowl and said “All done!” Jackson was not okay with that. He basically told me “wtf?!” That was a monster moment.

Luckily, Jackson recovered quickly and we went back to enjoying our delightful day together.
